Shipping Policy

Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, or a specialty freight carrier, depending on the size and weight of the fixture. Because our products are handcrafted and vary in dimension, exact shipping costs are calculated after your order has been carefully packed and weighed. You will receive a shipping quote before your order leaves our facility.

Freight deliveries are curbside with lift gate service included. Shipping charges and any remaining balance on the order must be paid in full before delivery is scheduled.

Artisan Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, FedEx, or third-party freight carriers. Shipping and freight companies operate independently of Artisan Lighting, and carrier schedules are outside of our control.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items carefully when they arrive. If you notice any damage, notify both Artisan Lighting and the shipping carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Include photographs of any damage. Claims submitted after 24 hours, or items left uninspected until installation, may not be eligible for replacement.

Broken glass panels will be replaced at no charge if reported with photos within 2 business days of delivery. Artisan Lighting is not responsible for glass breakage, missing components, or other damage reported after 48 hours. Shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.


Refund Policy

If your fixture arrives with a defect in material or workmanship, Artisan Lighting will repair or replace it with the same design at no additional cost. All other sales are final.

Items approved for return must be packed in the original packaging. If original packaging is no longer available, the customer is responsible for packing items to the same standard as the original shipment. Artisan Lighting is not responsible for packaging costs and will not accept merchandise damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. All sales are final. Shipping damage claims must be filed with the carrier, not with Artisan Lighting.
